We are looking for engineers and technicians for our teams who share our enthusiasm for programming special machines and production processes.
Tasks
- You will plan and develop software for special machines with programmable logic controllers using special software
- You will test and/or simulate the functionality of the software on the PC using our virtual commissioning software
- You will commission systems at our customers’ premises, both virtually and on site, and integrate them into the higher-level systems
- You will create workflows for customer-specific applications
- You will support the programming of our customers’ associated applications in IEC 61131-3
- You will create visualizations and user interfaces
Profile
- You have a degree in electrical engineering, vocational training in electrical engineering with further qualification as a technician, bachelor’s degree (e.g. electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable). Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology) or similar
- You may have experience in robot programming (Stäubli, KUKA)
- Very good knowledge of software development with CodeSys and Beckhoff controllers is a MUST-HAVE
- You can be expected to work independently and in a structured manner and have good analytical skills
- You work in a solution-oriented manner and have strong communication skills and customer orientation
- You are willing to travel (approx. 40%) as part of commissioning at customer sites (mostly in the Stuttgart area and easy to travel to every day:
- The opportunity to travel internationally (USA) is also available
- You are business fluent to very good in written and spoken German and English
